How to View the Webinars

Please test your computer and telephone connection 15 minutes before the start of the first webinar.  Please LOG IN ON YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE YOU CALL IN ON THE TELEPHONE.

 

1. Getting Connected Online

Go to:  http://elearningcenter.acrobat.com/ASDN

Choose "Enter as a Guest" and type in your name, followed by the number of people at your location, and your school name. (e.g. John Smith (3) Seaview School)

Click "Enter Room"

 

2. Joining the Teleconference

Please log on online on the computer before calling in on your phone

All audio for these live webinars will come through your phone and not through your computer.

Please avoid using Bluetooth devices and cell phones as these can cause technical glitches in the system.

You will not be charged for the phone call, but you still need to be able to make long distance calls from your phone line.

  1. If you are using a phone that has an extension, press "cancel" or "close" on the box on your screen asking for your phone number, and phone in to:[ 1-888-809-4060 ] , enter passcode: [ 399982 ]  

  2. If you are using a phone that does not have an extension, type your 10-digit phone number into the box on your screen and click “Call my phone”. Your phone should ring within the next 30 seconds.  If it does not, please call in to the number above.

 

If you can not join the webinar on time you can always watch the recording (usually available within 48 hours), or you can join the live session as a viewer only.

 


 

How to View the Recordings

2. Enter the Username and Password below to view the webinar series recordings:

Username: guest1

Password:  test

University Credit:  One graded 500-level credit is available for participating in this webinar series and completing follow-up assignments. 

The credit registration fee is $60.  The RAPPS project is NOT able to pay for course credit.
