To Pass the Course and earn two credits, participants will need to:
- Attend and actively participate in 5 day Summer Leadership Institute May 25 - 29
- Complete institute reading assignments
- Create Action Plan / Implementation Plan for fall 2009 focused on 1 of the 4 skill areas (effective collaboration, assessing instructional leadership, using data to stimulate improvement, and evaluating alignment of curriculum, instruction and assessment to be integrated into your District Improvement Plan.
- Complete a course reflection for the 26, 27, 28, 29 and an evaluation.
